SLR20 technically specified natural rubber

TECHNICALLY SPECIFIED RUBBER

SLR20 / TSR20

SLR20/TSR20 is a general-purpose natural rubber grade defined by technical characteristics rather than visual appearance. DNR's published information describes good processing characteristics, low viscosity and easier mixing compared with RSS grades.

RIBBED SMOKED SHEET

RSS Rubber

Ribbed Smoked Sheets are produced from natural rubber latex through coagulation, sheeting, air drying and smoking. RSS grades are primarily assessed through visual quality characteristics.

CREPE RUBBER

Crepe Rubber

Crepe rubber is made by passing coagulated latex or field coagulum through heavy creping rolls and air-drying the material. DNR identifies LCCR, SCCR and skim crepe among its crepe types.

LCCR

Light-colored crepe rubber for applications requiring consistent material characteristics.

SCCR

Special crepe grade suited to specific rubber processing requirements.

Skim Crepe

Crepe rubber processed from skim-related rubber material for suitable downstream use.
